EXECUTIVE SEARCH
Executive Search is a major practice within our firm, and we enjoy a proud history of success in partnering with clients to establish HR leadership and build HR teams. We effectively leverage our ATS containing close to 30,000 records, our vast network of HR professionals, and our ability to identify new talent to deliver a diverse slate of tier-one HR candidates.
DIRECT/CONTRACT PLACEMENT
We will build the optimal Direct and/or Contract staffing plan to identify the most qualified HR candidates. Areas of expertise include HR Leadership, HR Teams, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Organizational Development, and HRMS. All HR contractors are employees of our firm; we carry comprehensive insurance to protect our clients and contractors, and assume all employer/employee tax responsibilities. For clients seeking to outsource their staffing function, we offer several Outstaffing® solutions.
OUTPLACEMENT
EXECUTIVE PROGRAMS
Decades of experience as career strategists, executive coaches, and search leaders have enabled us to create high impact programs that optimize the potential of an executive in transition. Components include Transition Messaging, Professional/MBTI® Assessments, Career Management Plan, Portfolio Development, Strategic Networking, Interview Coaching, Offer & Negotiation Counsel, and Wellness & Stress Reduction.
INDIVIDUAL/GROUP PROGRAMS
We will tailor our programs (service offerings, length, hours, and fee) to meet the specific needs of the transitioning professional or group. Sessions may be conducted in our Boston, MA office or remotely. For those seeking career management and/or transition support without employer sponsorship, we now offer private-pay programs through CareerMode®.

Karen co-founded Pappas & Pappas® and CareerMode®, and is the driving force behind the success and extraordinary reputation of both firms. Prior to this, Karen was the Vice President of a well-regarded Massachusetts HR consulting and outplacement firm, and the founder and leader of an exclusive professional placement firm in Boston. Karen began her career with a global staffing firm, where she launched new U.S. locations and grew existing markets.

He excels at building cohesive teams for organizations via Outstaffing®, an inventive and successful talent acquisition model of his own design. In addition, Dave oversees operations for the firm, including human resources, legal, marketing, payroll, and IT.
